Check the preferred date and the workshop summary in Inquiry Details. The participant count is included in that summary. Leave the separate optional “Number of Participants” dropdown blank.
Review the form, then use its final send button. The button “確認画面へ” means Continue to review.

If the inquiry form restores an older draft, replace “Inquiry Details” with the summary from this page and check the date again before sending.

A request is not a confirmed booking.
Availability, timing and the assigned venue are confirmed separately after your request is reviewed.
