1. How do we get around, and where do we meet?

As Kagoshima and Kumamoto are regional cities, transportation by car is essential for our tours and we will arrange it. Depending on how you arrive, our meeting points are as follows:

  • Cruise Ship: We will meet you directly at the arrival deck.
  • Train (Shinkansen): We will meet you at the East Exit of Kagoshima-Chuo Station or the Shirakawa Exit of Kumamoto Station.
  • Hotel Stay: If you are staying at a hotel in Kagoshima or Kumamoto city, we can pick you up and drop you off directly at your hotel.
2. What is included in the private tour price?

The tour fee includes our professional guiding service and the actual transportation costs during the tour.

Please note: We operate in strict compliance with Japanese travel and transportation laws. We utilize legally permitted transportation and do not engage in illegal unlicensed taxi services ("shiro-taku").

Generally, facility entrance fees and your lunch expenses are not included. Please check the "Included / Not Included" section on each specific tour page for full details.

3. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions (Vegetarian, Allergies)?

Yes, we can! Please inform us in advance if you are vegetarian, have food allergies, or have any other specific dietary restrictions. We will gladly provide restaurant recommendations where you can safely and deliciously enjoy your meal.

4. What happens in case of bad weather?

In the event of severe weather, we may proactively propose canceling or postponing the tour. If you choose to cancel based on our proposal, you will receive a full refund.

Important: This full refund only applies when the cancellation is initiated by us.

5. What is your cancellation and payment policy?

Cancellation Policy (Direct Booking):

  • Up to 7 days before: Free cancellation
  • Within 6 days of tour: 30% charge
  • Within 3 days of tour: 50% charge
  • Day before / Day of tour: 100% charge

※ Please note: If we cannot confirm your payment 7 days prior to the tour date, your booking will be automatically canceled.
